For starters, I would like to say I am also a local florist. I had reached out to the owner of this store (Marcela) to purchase roses In wholesale. I was given A home address to pick up my packs of roses, which is fine But when I arrived, I was greeted at a back gate with my two packs of roses already in her hand, (red flag already) usually You hand Pick your own packs. I was trusting that these roses would be fresh and kept in a floral fridge, being you cannot see the quality until you open the box. I work from home, but I have a floral fridge to ensure my blooms are always fresh. Later that night when I begin to work on the order I opened up the packs of roses to find mold and roses literally falling off the stem already. I reached out to let her know the roses were rotten and I got a really bad response from her calling me a liar and fat shaming me..I sent her pictures of the rotten roses before I threw them out 🤮 and she insist I was lying if I didn’t show her every stem rotten. If you know anything about mold .. if it’s on one rose they are ALL BAD mold spreads fast. she would not reimburse unless I brought back the moldy roses. I told her That’s fine she didn’t want to reimbu

PÉSIMO servicio. Muy desorganizadas y nada profesionales. Ordené con anticipación y pagué depósito por rosas de 60 cm para asegurar mi pedido completo. El día de recogerlo me mandaron a dos lugares diferentes, ambos 35 minutos más lejos. lo cual fue una gran molestia y pérdida de tiempo. Luego me dijeron que aceptaron más órdenes de las que pidieron a sus proveedores y quisieron obligarme a llevar rosas de tallo corto cuando yo pagué por tallo largo. En vez de asumir su error, me dijeron que yo debía ser comprensiva y al irme, de forma sarcástica, me dijeron: "¿feliz ahora?". Muy mala experiencia. Como cliente, hice todo correctamente: ordené con tiempo y pagué mi depósito. Por favor, evítense el dolor de cabeza y ordenen en otro lugar
